Just Love Coffee Cafe Stands Out Among Coffee Shop Franchises

Just Love Coffee Cafe Stands Out Among Coffee Shop Franchises

Just Love Coffee Cafe distinguishes itself with approachable community atmosphere, unique full menu and commitment to local communities

Specialty coffee is a hot market. According to USA Today, 83% of American adults are regular coffee drinkers. Moreover, the market for specialty coffee is also on the rise, with Zagat noting that the average cost of a cup of coffee is nearly $3.30 (and climbing). With this increase in popularity, there is a demand for a franchise that can provide Americans with the high-quality coffee fix they desire, while at the same time offering a distinctive neighborhood atmosphere that stands apart from large chains such as Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts.

Just Love Coffee Cafe franchise is the right company to meet this demand. Founded in 2009, Just Love Coffee Cafe has blossomed into a franchise concept with multiple locations open in the fast-growing metropolitan area of Nashville, Tennessee. Led by an executive team with proven experience in growing franchise systems, Just Love Coffee Cafe is an opportunity for first-time and experienced entrepreneurs, as well as savvy investors, to get in on the ground floor of the most exciting investment opportunity in the $12 billion U.S. coffee shop industry.

“The market is primed for a coffee shop franchise that combines the quality products of local coffee roasters with the approachable, community atmosphere of a local coffee shop,” says Rob Webb, CEO and founder of Just Love Coffee Cafe. “The coffee shop market is increasingly fragmented, with consumers seeking options that are more authentic and personable than the larger chains. Just Love Coffee Cafe is poised to meet this demand and is on track to become a national coffee shop franchise like no other.”

Just Love Coffee Cafe blends specialty coffee culture with approachable community atmosphere

Just Love Coffee Cafe takes the craft of coffee roasting seriously. We’ve been named a finalist in the prestigious Roast magazine’s Roaster of the Year competition for several consecutive years, and our bags of hand-roasted beans can be found in a growing number of supermarkets and retailers, such as Whole Foods and Fresh Market. Furthermore, our knowledgeable baristas can chat for hours about the intricacies of roasting and brewing, making sure that even the most dedicated coffee connoisseur will be able to find a cup of brew they’ll love.

At the same time, though, we work to ensure that our locations are approachable, unpretentious community centers. We encourage patrons to bring their children, and we offer a variety of games and seating options for all occasions. We hire our baristas to be coffee ambassadors, helping each customer find something they will enjoy. Our goal is to create a space that people can come to meet, work, study or just hang out. This means that our locations work well in just about any community in America, and since we’ve designed a business model that will work in spaces of any size, the only limit is your imagination as a franchisee.

Just Love Coffee Cafe offers innovative full breakfast and lunch menu prepared with a waffle iron

We’re not the only coffee shop franchise to serve food, but we are the only one that can prepare a full breakfast and lunch menu using just a waffle iron. Yes, you heard that right. Rob Webb, our founder and CEO, knew he wanted to offer a full menu to complement Just Love Coffee’s expertly roasted coffee, but his original location didn’t have space for a kitchen. So he got creative, eventually realizing the tremendous versatility of a waffle iron.

“It took a lot of playing around and making messes,” Rob says, “but in the end, I came up with a really simple menu that wowed our team. We could serve omelettes, breakfast burritos, wraps, sandwiches, you name it, and all of our food would have a really original look that would encourage our guests to take photos and share on Instagram and Facebook. It really set our brand apart from the get-go.”

Just Love Coffee Cafe has carried this spirit of ingenuity forward as we’ve expanded into franchising. Not only does the waffle iron menu provide a memorable experience that guests can share on social media, but it also has practical benefits. Because the waffle iron is all we need to prepare our food, our franchisees don’t have to worry setting up and maintaining a full kitchen. This cuts down on startup and operating costs, as well as allowing you to be more flexible in the location you choose.

Just Love Coffee Cafe gives back to local communities (and encourages franchisees to do the same)

One of the most important ways that Just Love Coffee Cafe stands out from other coffee shop franchises is our commitment to giving back. Just Love Coffee Cafe began as a small business devoted to helping families fundraise to offset the high costs of adopting children, donating more than $100,000 to families in its first year of existence.

As Just Love Coffee Cafe has grown, we’ve continued donating a portion of our profits to help families adopt. At the same time, we also encourage our franchisees to give back in their own way, donating to charities and other local causes of their choice. Furthermore, we open up our coffee shops for events, fundraisers, concerts and more, making sure that each of our locations remains a place for community engagement.

“When you support the community, the community supports you,” says Alan Thompson, President of Just Love Coffee. “It helps connect our brand to more people, winning new customers in the process. This is what a good coffee shop is designed to do.”

The premier coffee shop franchise is a winning blend of exceptional customer service and a great menu

Coffee shops that are serious about coffee often forget to be equally serious about customer service, making customers wait in long and silent lines, while the baristas scowl in front of their espresso machines. The coffee may be good, but it’s hardly a good experience.

When Robb Webb, CEO and founder of Just Love Coffee, decided to build a coffee shop in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, a growing college city southeast of Nashville, he knew that he had to deliver on more than just good coffee. He wanted to create an atmosphere that was light-hearted, that encouraged people to gather and socialize, and boasted a customer service experience where people felt familiar and welcome.

“We started with coffee first, and ours is a pretty serious devotion to good coffee,” Rob says. “We had grown a successful coffee subscription service to help families seeking to adopt children with the associated costs, and people would walk into our warehouse where we were roasting the coffee and ask us if they could get a cup. Enough people did that to where we thought, ‘Why not open a coffee shop?’ But we knew immediately we could be different from other specialty coffee shops if we paid attention to our customers, if we created an atmosphere that was fun and friendly.”

Just Love Coffee Cafe has blossomed into a franchise concept with multiple locations in the fast-growing metropolitan area of Nashville, Tennessee. Not only does Just Love Coffee Cafe have award-winning, specialty coffee that is hand roasted at our facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, but we stand out as one of the most consumer-friendly, community-minded coffee franchises to hit the market in a long time. We’re not just focused on the connoisseurs, we’re focused on making sure that all of our customers feel like family.

“We tell our franchisees not to hire trained baristas, but hire people who are bright, enthusiastic and love other people,” Rob says. “You can train anyone to make a latte, but you can’t train someone to be nice.”

Walk into a Just Love Coffee Cafe and you won’t see a typical artisanal coffee shop. You’ll see mothers with their children, college students studying together, business meetings, couples on dates, people working on laptops or leisurely reading novels.

Aside from the delicious hand-roasted coffee and exceptional customer service, Just Love Coffee Cafe is also beloved for its robust breakfast and lunch menu. Utilizing just waffle irons, Just Love Coffee Cafe food is cooked to perfection, giving the food a unique look that customers love to share on Instagram and Facebook.

“If you truly care about people and have always wanted to own a coffee shop, Just Love Coffee Cafe is a brand to get excited about,” Rob says. “We are community-minded and customer-focused, and our success in multiple locations proves that our business model is viable for any market. We’ve designed our business to be easy to run and easy to scale, but we want entrepreneurs who are passionate about owning a business that brings their local community together. Together our brand will grow for years to come.”

3 Reasons Why You Should Own a Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise

3 Reasons Why You Should Own a Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise

The premier coffee shop franchise is ramping up for a nationwide expansion

Just Love Coffee Cafe franchise is the most exciting opportunity to hit the coffee shop and cafe segment in a long time. For starters, Just Love Coffee Cafe is far more than a coffee shop — it’s also a cafe that utilizes a waffle iron to create a completely unique and memorable breakfast and lunch menu. Just Love Coffee Roasters is also a community-minded business that seeks to turn love into action by helping families raise money to help complete the adoption process.

Founded in 2009, Just Love Coffee Cafe has blossomed into a franchise concept with multiple locations open in the fast growing metropolitan area of Nashville, Tennessee.

“There has never been a more exciting time to open a Just Love Coffee Cafe franchise,” says Rob Webb, CEO and founder of Just Love Coffee Cafe “We spent several years proving that our business model could be successful over the long-term before we launched our franchising efforts. What really sets Just Love Coffee Cafe apart is that we’re one of the first coffee shop franchises to bring specialty coffee to the mainstream through our commitment to exceptional customer service and a full breakfast and lunch menu. From an investment standpoint, a coffee and cafe franchise is much smarter than a full-blown restaurant or a dessert business because a coffee and cafe business doesn’t seem to have a ceiling. Just Love Coffee Cafe is a brand that will rapidly grow across the nation in years to come.”

Here are the top three reasons why you should invest in a Just Love Coffee Cafe franchise:

What do Americans love more than coffee? Great coffee!

Coffee shops are big business — and with USA Today reporting that 83% of Americans over the age of 18 identify as coffee drinkers, it’s easy to see why the U.S. coffee shop industry generates $12 billion annually. According to E-Imports Espresso Business Solutions, there are 24,000 traditional coffee shops in the U.S., and that number is expected to reach more than 50,000 in the coming years.

The enthusiasm for coffee — and for specialty coffee, especially — is also on the rise. Consider the amount we are willing to pay for a good cup of joe: Zagat reports that the average cost of a cup of coffee is nearly $3.30, which is a number that has consistently risen over the years. This rise in the price consumers will pay for coffee is emblematic of the importance that coffee plays in our lives. Just Love Coffee Cafe takes the craft of coffee roasting seriously. We’ve been named a finalist in the prestigious Roast magazine’s Roaster of the Year competition for several consecutive years, and our bags of hand roasted beans can be found in a growing number of supermarkets and retailers, such as Whole Foods and Fresh Market.

“We take the art of roasting coffee very seriously,” says Jason Smith, Roaster Master with Just Love Coffee Cafe. “We take pains to ensure that we’re getting the finest beans from around the world, and we ensure that we can source every single bean that we buy. Roasting coffee is a difficult process, which is why there is such a huge demand for specialty coffee: the taste is far more unique than what you can find in a standard QSR restaurant or even at the bigger coffee chains. We vary it up as well — by offering up to twenty different roasts, six of which are blends, at a time to appeal to the unique tastes of customers. We offer seasonal beans, create recipes for speciality drinks on our own, and we strive to keep ahead of the trends. We want to ensure that our franchise owners have the coffee that is not only relevant to the tastebuds of their customers but is also relevant to their interests as well: free trade, sustainable and sourced.”

Unique menu makes Just Love Coffee Cafe more profitable

Just Love Coffee Cafe also offers a full breakfast and lunch menu. Utilizing a small list of simple ingredients, Just Love Coffee Cafe has created one of the most unique and delicious all day menus in the coffee shop space by employing a waffle iron instead of a full-service kitchen. The appeal of the waffle iron is threefold: 1) franchise owners have a smaller footprint and lower overhead; 2) food is simple to cook and fast to serve; and 3) customers are treated to a playful, delicious experience that is memorable and a natural fit for social media platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook.

“There aren’t a whole lot of coffee shops that offer an all-day food menu, and certainly none that I can think of that cooks their food in a waffle iron,” says DJ Smith, Marketing & Creative Director of Just Love Coffee Cafe. “It’s been wildly successful for us. Right now, our sales are evenly split, 50/50 on coffee and food, and our average ticket prices have increased significantly to $10 to $12 per customer. Most importantly, our food creates a memorable experience for customers with any taste or dietary preference, from meat lover to vegetarian, at any time of day. It really makes us quite unique, light-hearted and approachable.”

Just Love Coffee Cafe caters to the whole family

JLC-MurfreesboroWest-2When a customer walks into a Just Love Coffee Cafe they are meant to feel welcomed and are encouraged to stay. While the shop is spacious enough for people to spread out, it is designed so that a small footprint can feel either open or cozy, depending on the needs of our customers. There’s a full coffee bar, booths meant for quiet reading or intimate conversations, and arcade games for adults and kids alike.

“Just Love Coffee Cafe is truly unlike other coffee shop experiences on the market today,” says Alan Thompson, President. “Most coffee shops are directed towards the connoisseurs, while Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts have a product for the masses. We fill the niche that is somewhere in the middle, which is currently wide open and needs some disruption. Our coffee can satisfy the elitist of coffee connoisseurs — we can tell them the story of how we source the beans, how we only buy fair trade coffee through reputable third market vendors and how we then roast our beans by hand — but our customer service can satisfy the person whose preference is a cup of Folgers. There’s so much room to grow, as far as the market, that I really see Just Love Coffee Cafe taking off this year and beyond. We hope to be in hundreds of communities in the coming years because we know that there is a wide open space for us to succeed.”

Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise: an Approachable Coffee Shop Concept

Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise: an Approachable Coffee Shop Concept

The premier coffee shop and eatery franchise excels in creating a welcoming, memorable, family friendly atmosphere

Let’s face it: specialty coffee culture has a deserved reputation for snobbery and elitism. While this hasn’t dampened the enthusiasm for high-end coffee, as Zagat reports that the average cost of a cup of coffee is nearly $3.30, the experience that artisanal coffee shops typically provide is one that is non-inclusive, non-family friendly and intimidating, especially to newbies who are unfamiliar with the joys that hand roasted coffee can bring to their lives.

Just Love Coffee Cafe shop franchise

This all changes with Just Love Coffee Cafe. Founded in 2009, Just Love Coffee Cafe has blossomed into a franchise concept with multiple locations open in the fast growing metropolitan area of Nashville, Tennessee. Just Love Coffee Cafe is wildly popular because it is one of the first brands to offer high-end, specialty coffee in an atmosphere that promotes community, gathering and friendliness.

“We wanted the brand to be friendly,” says DJ Smith, Marketing and Creative Director with Just Love Coffee Cafe. “We wanted our brand to be approachable. This is the direct opposite position that many of our competitors take, who write their menus in Italian, or if you ask for sugar in your coffee, they look at you in a very pretentious manner. We didn’t want to be that. You can’t have a name like ‘Just Love Coffee’ and not be friendly. We didn’t want to take ourselves too seriously but we do take our coffee, our food, and our customer experience seriously. We want families to come in with their children and allow them to stay for as long as they like. This is what makes us unique: Just Love Coffee Cafe has a friendliness about it that our competition either disregards or doesn’t pay attention to. We want people to have a good experience.”

How seriously does Just Love Coffee Cafe take our coffee? Well, the results speak for themselves. We’ve been named a finalist in the prestigious Roast magazine’s Roaster of the Year competition for several consecutive years, and our bags of hand roasted beans can be found in a growing number of supermarkets and retailers, such as Whole Foods and Fresh Market.

“We take the art of making coffee incredibly seriously,” says Jason Smith, Head Coffee Roaster with Just Love Coffee Cafe. We want to ensure that our franchise owners have the coffee that is not only relevant to the tastebuds of their customers but is also relevant to their interests as well: fair trade, sustainable and sourced.”

A playful menu makes Just Love Coffee Cafe a fun and memorable experience

just love coffee shop franchiseA waffle iron-based menu creates unique and playful food offerings that differentiate Just Love Coffee Cafe from any other coffee shop in the nation and also inspires our customers to share photos of their food with their social media networks. From an owner-operator standpoint, though, food just doesn’t get any easier.

For starters, cooking on a waffle iron means that there is no need for a full kitchen and a full kitchen staff, which keeps both the overhead low and reduces the need for a large footprint. It also greatly increases the ability to maintain high quality control standards in terms of both taste and the speed at which food can be served to your customers. Of course, it also increases the potential level of profitability a new franchise owner can expect.

“There aren’t a whole lot of coffee shops that offer an all-day food menu, and certainly none that I can think of that cooks their food in a waffle iron,” DJ says. “It’s been wildly successful for us.
