Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise Meets America’s Need for a Community Cafe

Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise Meets America’s Need for a Community Cafe

Strong all-day menu, high-quality coffee and family friendly vibe
build a strong fan base and potential for profit

Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise combines two popular concepts — third-wave coffee and a day-long cafe —  to outshine the typical coffee shop that doesn’t offer much beyond pastries and grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches. As a result, our franchisees report higher than average ticket sales when compared with competing coffee shop owners.

American consumers are seeking out the cafe culture popular in Europe for years. People long for a community spot that serves high-quality coffee and food in a family-friendly environment where students, parents and business people can stop in throughout the afternoon and evening. Just Love Coffee Cafe’s roast master carefully chooses the beans behind all of our coffee drinks and our customers are served by friendly and knowledgeable baristas. A one-of-a-kind cooking technique that utilizes a waffle iron and an all-day menu keeps customers coming in long after breakfast hours, which isn’t the typical business model you’ll find at most coffee shops.

Just Love Coffee Cafe is primed for expansion in new markets such as Texas and Michigan after launching several successful locations in the booming metropolitan area of Nashville, Tennessee. Led by an executive team with proven experience in growing franchise systems, Just Love Coffee Cafe is an ideal investment for new and experienced entrepreneurs who want to get in on the ground floor of the most exciting business opportunity in the $12 billion U.S. coffee shop industry.

“There’s a growing cafe culture in this nation as people crave great coffee, food and community and our customers know they can rely on us for quality and consistency on all three fronts,” says Rob Webb, CEO and founder of Just Love Coffee Cafe. “Customers typically fall in love with our high-quality coffee first and then they quickly discover how amazing our food is. Our food menu is gaining such popularity, in fact, that food sales are outpacing coffee sales in many cases.”

We’ve mastered the art of coffee and a low-cost food business

Just Love Coffee Cafe offers entrepreneurs a unique business that is both a high-quality coffee shop as well as a food business, but at a lower cost than most restaurants because of our simple business model that doesn’t require a full kitchen. As a result, Just Love Coffee Cafe food costs and staffing needs are lower than the typical food business.

“There aren’t a whole lot of coffee shops that offer an all-day food menu instead of a limited offering of pastries, bagels or other smaller grab-and-go options, and certainly none that I can think of that cooks their food in a waffle iron,” says DJ Smith, Marketing & Creative Director of Just Love Coffee Cafe. “It’s been wildly successful. Our average ticket prices have increased significantly to $12.50 to $14.50 per customer.”

Our franchisees don’t need to maintain a full kitchen, which reduces startup and operating costs and requires less staff, as well as allows investors to be flexible in their location.

We continue to roll out high-quality, creative menu items

Webb knew upon launching Just Love Coffee Cafe that the food needed to be as high caliber as the hand-picked coffee beans and hand-roasted coffee. Necessity, as they say, is the mother of invention. Founder Webb’s original location was too small for a full kitchen, so rather than not offer customers food he improvised and created an entire menu based on the waffle iron. Whether they order a signature Just Love Womelete, a Spicy Chicken Waffle or a S’Mores Waffle, customers know their food is made fresh to order and with that special Just Love waffle technique that’s completely unique in the competitive coffee shop market.

“Food can drive all sorts of daypart sales, including afternoon and evenings. We are going to be introducing new items such as the Chicken Quesadilla, Falafel Wrap, Chili & Cornbread Waffle, along with new desserts such as the Fruity Pebbles & Cream Waffle, Red Velvet Waffle, and coffee shakes. These desserts perfectly complement our coffee and are a must to enjoy after one of our tasty entrees,” says Kevin Bauerle, Director of Franchise Development.

Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise High-Quality Beans Sets Us Apart

Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise High-Quality Beans Sets Us Apart

Culture and techniques make Just Love Coffee Cafe a great investment

Just Love Coffee Cafe is primed for rapid expansion after launching several successful locations in the booming metropolitan area of Nashville, Tennessee. Led by an executive team with proven experience in growing franchise systems, Just Love Coffee Cafe is an ideal investment for new and experienced entrepreneurs who want to get in on the ground floor of the most exciting business opportunity in the $12 billion U.S. coffee shop industry. One attraction for franchisees is our careful attention to our roasting process.

JasonTryer

We stand out against the competition with the coffee beans we carefully select and roast by hand. Just Love Roast Master Jason Smith takes pride in buying only the highest-quality coffee beans, with a focus on fairtrade and organic processes, and he dedicates considerable time and attention to each coffee blend we serve. Our commitment to the art of coffee making is never pretentious. We’ve built a warm and welcoming culture for coffee fans of all levels.

We’ve worked hard toward being organic and fair-trade certified. It’s great to know that the fair trade helps some of these really rural farms, where a lot of times they are moving their coffee on the back of the burro to somewhere they can get it processed,” says Jason, who oversees the coffee roasting for Just Love. “They don’t have access to healthcare or education, or even agronomists who can help them analyze soil and where they are growing.

We choose our coffee carefully

Jason typically starts his work day, which kicks off around 5:30 a.m., with a double shot of espresso. His current favorite coffee is the Girasoles Costa Rican. He’s always on the hunt for another speciality coffee to add to the unique Just Love coffee menu, which makes us more than just another coffee shop. He’s most excited about a new Bolivian coffee he’s purchasing this fall that hasn’t been available in nearly six years.

Jason takes the roasting process very seriously, starting with the raw green coffee beans he purchases from suppliers. Although consumers may never see this part of the business, this meticulous purchasing process is integral to what makes Just Love different from the typical coffee shop.

“I want every location to feel unique. We are very people-focused, whether it’s on the customer or with our employees. There is a good sense of family among the team, and that comes across to the customer.” – Just Love Coffee Roaster Jason Smith

“The whole greens grading thing is a whole other world in and of itself. Every country is different, and every country has a taste profile. There are different things that accentuate it,” Jason says. “For instance, I can tell Guatemalan beans from Kenyan beans from the look and shape.”

Just Love also sells coffee beans, so once customers get hooked on our great coffee, and our great food prepared on a waffle iron, they can purchase it for home or for gift giving. It’s just another revenue stream for franchisees, and another way to build our brand.

At Just Love, we focus on people and a high-quality product

Jason, who has been overseeing roasting coffee for Just Love since our founding in 2009, places a big emphasis on ensuring that our culture is as warm and inviting as the coffee. Our baristas are trained to provide the best customer service possible.

Jason meets with new baristas as part of their onboarding and training to discuss the roasting process.

Just Love is a local community coffee shop where everyone feels welcome. Our company was originally founded to help adoptive families offset the high cost of adoption, and that loving culture permeates everything we do.

“I really strive to keep that one-off coffee shop feel, despite the fact that we have multiple locations,” Jason says. “I want every location to feel unique. We are very people-focused, whether it’s on the customer or with our employees. There is a good sense of family among the team, and that comes across to the customer.”

Just Love Coffee Cafe Franchise Has a Bold, Memorable Menu

The premier coffee shop and cafe franchise has a food menu worthy of attention

Why have a full kitchen when you can build an entire menu using a waffle iron? This simple device is the only cooking instrument Just Love Coffee Cafe franchisees need to prepare the rapidly growing coffee and cafe franchise’s memorable and delicious breakfast and lunch menu — and we serve up far more than waffles.

just-love-coffee-menu

Just Love Coffee Cafe boasts a one-of-a-kind menu that features a wide variety of tasty innovations and playful takes on traditional dishes, ranging from healthy to decadent, inclusive of all diet types from meat-loving to vegetarian, and customizable to satisfy every customer. With just a few ingredients, Just Love Coffee Cafe offers everything from breakfast staples (omelets and breakfast burritos) to lunchtime fare — such as nine sandwiches and wraps, including our Classic Club Sandwich, Grilled Italian Caprese and Jive Turkey Wrap.

Other than our four savory salads, all our menu items are cooked to perfection on a waffle iron — ensuring that they taste great and have an instantly recognizable look that encourages our customers to share photos of our food on their social media platforms.

“We really wanted to create a menu that was unique to us,” says Rob Webb, CEO and founder of Just Love Coffee. “There aren’t very many coffee shops that offer a full breakfast and lunch menu, and I cannot think of one that cooks their food on a waffle iron instead of a full kitchen. That makes us not only unique, but also immediately playful and fun in the eyes of customers. This encourages them to come back because we’re the only place where they can get food that looks as fun and tastes as great. It also encourages them to share our food on Instagram or Facebook, because it really is that unique. We’re really proud that we could invent a menu as share-friendly as ours is on social media.”

Why Just Love Coffee’s menu is great for business

Founded in 2009, Just Love Coffee Cafe has blossomed into a franchise concept with multiple locations in the fast-growing metropolitan area of Nashville, Tennessee. Our award-winning, specialty coffee is hand roasted at our facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and we stand out as one of the most consumer-friendly, community-minded coffee franchises to hit the market in a long time. We’re not just focused on the connoisseurs, we’re focused on making sure that all of our customers are made to feel like family. Our robust menu is at the forefront of our exceptional customer experience.

Replacing the need for a full kitchen with a waffle iron was Rob’s brilliant idea. He knew that for his brand to succeed, Just Love Coffee Cafe needed a menu that was one-of-a-kind, but also easy to implement and cost-effective in the long term for franchisees.

“When I discovered that a waffle iron could be used for more than making waffles, a light bulb went off,” Rob says. “I knew that this could be tremendously effective for a lot of different reasons: 1) Our franchisees would not need build to full kitchens in their coffee shops, helping to keep the footprint low while also forgoing the need to hire chefs and kitchen staff, which helps keep overhead low. 2) Utilizing the waffle iron means that food would be simple to make and fast to prepare, increasing customer satisfaction. 3) Having a full breakfast and lunch menu would substantially increase the average ticket prices, making our franchisees more profitable. This has turned out to be true, as our average ticket is now between $12.50 and $14.50 at all of our locations.”
